ANSWER :- Our furnished rentals are based on a minimum one month rental period unless otherwise stipulated on the website. Certain buildings have minimum rental periods according to the strata rules, regulations and bylaws which must be followed. All of our unfurnished rentals are based on a minimum one year fixed-term tenancy agreement
Get started by looking through our website to “pick your favorites” and find properties you’d like to see in person. One of our licensed rental consultants will then schedule an appointment with you to view the properties you have selected. Once you choose a property and wish to proceed, we have you complete and submit a rental application for processing. Upon approval, we confirm the rental terms and conditions with the owner and draft up a residential tenancy agreement. Upon completion of the agreement, we collect the security and (where applicable) pet deposit, along with the first months’ rent.
Tenants are given access on the day the residential tenancy agreement starts. Either one of our property managers or the owner, depending on whether we are managing the unit, will meet the tenant and give them a full orientation. At this orientation, a move-in condition inspection report gets completed and signed off noting the condition of the unit by all parties. The tenant is then given 2 sets of the keys and can move into their new home!
Yes. Our owners carry insurance to cover their property. A tenant must have their own insurance to cover third party liability and their own contents.
Yes, depending on the rental property, every rental is different. Please let your rental consultant know if you have any pets and they will work with you to find an appropriate accommodation.
The majority of our rentals are inclusive of all services such as local phone, cable, internet, utilities and bi-monthly cleaning. Most apartments also have 1 parking space included and in-suite laundry. For unfurnished rentals, all services are the responsibility of the tenant. Most buildings charge a move-in/move-out fee, which is also the responsibility of the tenant. All of our properties are professionally cleaned along with steam cleaning of the carpets before you take possession. At the end of the tenancy, the tenant is responsible to pay for the property to be professionally cleaned – and the carpets steam cleaned.
As per the Residential Tenancy Act, the security deposit is one half of the first months’ rent and if you have a pet, an additional half month’s rent. In other words, if you are renting and you have a pet, the total deposit collected is a full month’s rent.
At the end of your tenancy, a move out appointment will be arranged. Once the move-out inspection report has been completed with you, your deposit will be returned to you within 15 days from the date you provide a forwarding address in writing, less the cost of the final clean, carpet clean and any damages that may have occurred.

The deposit and first month’s rent must be paid upon signing the tenancy agreement. All further payments must be made on the 1st of every month for unfurnished rentals. Furnished rentals may vary depending on the length and term of your tenancy.

Under the Quebec skilled worker class and the Provincial nominee class, applicants may become permanent residents on the basis of their proven ability to become economically established in Canada, in accordance with immigration programs and selection criteria administered by Quebec or the provinces.
The Investor class is point based and confers permanent residence to applicants who demonstrate an ability to become economically established in Canada on the basis of their business or management experience and high personal net worth. Approval is contingent upon the investor undertaking to commit an irrevocable, passive, non-interest bearing investment of $800,000 in a government guaranteed investment fund. As of February 11, 2014, the Canadian government announced the end of its Immigrant Investor program. Currently, Investor Immigrants must intend to settle in the province of Quebec and apply under the Quebec Investor class.
A successful applicant under the Quebec Investor class is one who has a) owned and operated a business for 2-years in the previous 5-years or has held a high level management position for 2-years in the previous 5-years in a private company, government or NGO; b) possesses a personal net worth of at least CAD $1,600,000 legally acquired and c) undertakes to invest $800,000 in a passive government guaranteed investment for a period of five years and receive no interest. The Entrepreneur class is point based and confers permanent residence to applicants who demonstrate an ability to become economically established in Canada on the basis of their business experience and personal net worth. Approval is contingent upon the entrepreneur undertaking to invest and become active in the management of a qualifying business operated in Canada that will contribute to the economy and create employment. Entrepreneurs may apply under the Quebec Entrepreneur class or a number of Provincial Nominee Programs.
A successful applicant is generally one who has a) managed a qualifying business and has controlled a percentage of equity of the qualifying business for at least two years in the period beginning five years preceding the application; b) possesses a personal net worth of $300,000 and c) undertakes to control a percentage of the equity of a qualifying Canadian business and provide active and ongoing management of the qualifying Canadian business that will create at least one incremental full-time job for Canadian citizens or permanent residents, other than the entrepreneur and their family members. Applicants who meet one of the above eliminatory conditions will be eligible for continued processing as a skilled worker under a second-stage at which time they must also meet each of the following essential selection conditions:
2. Essential selection conditions:
In summary, the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations under the skilled worker class features a selection process THAT:
On November 28, 2008, the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, provided assurances that new federal skilled worker applications should receive a selection decision within 6-12 months from submission. This contrasted substantially with applications submitted under the old regime where, depending upon the time of year, the immigration program and the office in question and other factors, the processing time for an application for permanent residence filed under the economic class can vary from between 12 months and 40 months. This is the time generally needed to demonstrate compliance under one of the applicable categories; a clean bill of health for the applicant and accompanying dependants; sufficient assets to successfully establish the family in Canada; and a confirmation of no criminal inadmissibility’s for the applicant and the overage accompanying dependants. (The immigration offices in New Delhi, Islamabad, Beijing, Manila and Accra historically attract the most applications and therefore have the longest processing times).
The application for permanent residence generally includes the applicant, spouse or common-law partner or conjugal partner 16 years of age or older and any unmarried children under the age of 19 years. Children over the age of 19 may in prescribed circumstances, be included as accompanying family members.
Applications for Canadian permanent residence under the Skilled Workers Class are initially filed inside Canada through the Centralized Intake Office – Case Processing Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Once approved, the application will undergo further processing with an appropriate immigration office outside of Canada that serves the country where the applicant is legally residing or the immigration office that serves the applicant’s country of nationality.
Applications for permanent residence must include the appropriate non-refundable processing fees for applicants and their accompanying dependants. For applicants applying under the skilled worker program the application fee is currently set at $550 CAD for each applicant as well as each family member of the principle applicant who is 22 years of age or older. A fee of $150 shall apply to each family member under the age of 22 years. As well, a Right of Permanent Residence Fee of $490 CAD is levied, prior to visa issuance, for each person who is at least 22 years of age applying for permanent residence.
Processing fees must be filed with the application. Right of Permanent Residence fees are submitted upon request by the visa office, prior to visa issuance. Applicants are encouraged to verify with local missions for applicable immigration office specific payment procedures.
The applicant and spouse (where applicable), will generally be required to travel to the processing immigration office and attend a selection interview. In many cases, the requirement for a spouse to attend the selection interview can be waived.
As well, certain posts require that accompanying dependant children over the age of 22 years attend the immigration selection interview.

ANSWER :- The time required to find the right sales recruit depends upon the search parameters, but typically it takes a matter of days to find the first candidates on a search.
Yes. Our contract covers project goals, process and obligations so that we meet your expectations without expensive surprises along the way.
The words “recruitment” and “selection” describe two distinct phases of your hiring process. Recruitment refers to attracting, finding and engaging candidates. Selection refers to evaluating candidates and ultimately hiring the best among them.
The phrase “recruitment and selection” is used to describe the entire hiring process. Often, the word “recruitment” appears as a general term and includes “selection.”
Recruiting agencies help make your hiring more efficient by undertaking the initial phases of your hiring process (including resume screening, phone screens and first interviews.) Recruitment agencies are especially useful when you need:

Top performing salespeople achieve superior results relative to their peers and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. These types of sales professionals are very rare – representing about 10-15% of the total sales population and while top performers share certain personality traits, the specific traits combined with skills required for success are often different at different companies- which makes the top performer suited for each environment very rare. Remember, we’re not going to bring you job-seekers and people who are lucky to have a job. We are going to find you reliable, consistent performers who are going to come into your company and produce profitable growth.
A ‘selling environment’ is an interwoven set of variables defining the way a company sells. They include product price, typical deal size, sales cycle, selling methodology, sales team culture, marketing support, company maturity and competition level. Research shows that different personality traits and competencies are required for success in different selling environments.
There is no such thing as a ‘selling machine’, the salesperson who can sell anything to anyone. It is not uncommon for a successful sales person to become less successful when they move into a new selling environment, such as beginning a new position with a different company, or selling a different product or service. Top performers have some common traits, but different roles in different selling environments require different skills and traits.

To reach these people, we perform targeted headhunting that identifies a pool of highly qualified candidates for our customers.
We do not provide resumes as there are many companies that can easily produce resumes of candidates that are not top performers. Our customers seek top performing sales people and in order to find these, a rigorous process is required which involves – detailed role profiling to ensure a clear definition of the ideal candidate, based on your sales model and culture, organizational stage and selling environment, targeted headhunting that identifies a pool of highly qualified candidates and comprehensive assessment that further highlights the most suitable candidates through verification and background checks, traditional and behavioral interviews, and psychometric profiling.
